One year later, an extremely minor failure rate of 3/10,000 occurred, a chronic technical issue that the European supplier had never solved in over a decade of cooperation. Taking the initiative for improvement, Shanben added a professional anti-oxidation process, reducing the defect rate tenfold to 3/100,000. To achieve absolute zero defects, Toyota continued pursuing ultimate quality standards. Shanben conducted on-site field research and identified the root cause: slow moisture penetration under long-term outdoor and ventilated working environments.
Without changing any external dimensions or appearance, Shanben optimized the internal structural process, completely eliminating the industry-long defect risk. Since 2025, zero defective products have been recorded.
With this breakthrough beyond European manufacturers, Shanben has officially become the exclusive qualified supplier for this product line.
